Call me crazy, when he goes fishing I say my prayers. Logan and his buddies love to shark fish after snapper fishing. They pride themselves on the large ones. Yes the barracuda was alive and then released, and yes the teeth are too close to him and the gaff is being held ALL WRONG, but,,, they came home intact again. The nurse shark never came onboard. They did try to dehook it with great effort and finally cut him away.

ReplyDeleteGood photos. That looks like a big nurse shark, but it's hard to tell from the photo. Could be eight feet long or two feet.
ReplyDeleteIt's a VERY large nurse shark. A really harmless shark, was about 5 foot in length.
