Pea painting in exhibit

Our elder Wasabi Pea has a watercolor on exhibit! Isn't it a beauty?

This exhibit had pieces from many local schools and included grades K-12, so just being included is quite a coup.

    I was pondering the picture posted on the Elbow and wondered what that strong vertical was doing there. Then I spied it - the title. Ooooh. The foreground is very nice - the figure by the pond with the shadows, the ducks a-swimming, the shades of color in the grass. The greens and grays I like too, and the geometry. Nice too how the misty background reflects in the water.
